Nigeria’s President, Bola Tinubu will pay a condolence visit to the government and people of Ondo State, today.

The president, according to a notification released by the Chief Press Secretary to Ondo State Governor, Ebenezer Adeniyan, is expected to pay condolence visit to Owo, the hometown of the deceased former governor of the state, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN.

This is to notify members of the press that President Bola Tinubu will be visiting Ondo State tomorrow, Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

The notification of the President’s visit reads in part:

The President will visit:
1. The Palace of the Olowo of Owo in Owo.
2. The residence of former Governor, late Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, in Owo.
3. The residence of Pa Reuben Fasoranti in Akure.

Members of the press should please note that protocol and media operations of the visit will be regulated and controlled by the President’s team which means access to certain areas for media coverage may be restricted.
