…Praises role in sustaining peace

The Governor of Ondo State, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa, has extended warm birthday greetings to the Deji of Akure and Chairman of the Ondo State Council of Traditional Rulers, Oba (Dr) Aladetoyinbo Ogunlade Aladelusi, Odundun II.

In a heartfelt message, Governor Aiyedatiwa lauded the monarch’s significant contributions to the development of Akure, the state capital, and Ondo State as a whole.

He commended the Deji for his unwavering commitment to sustaining peace and calmness in Akure over the years, as well as his efforts to promote the rich cultural heritage of the Akure people.

The Governor also expressed gratitude for the support his administration has received from the Council of Obas, led by Oba Aladelusi, during the past year.

He noted the pivotal role the traditional ruler has played in fostering collaboration and stability across the state.
