…Appoints Makinde as DG Campaign Council

Ondo State Governor, Mr Lucky Aiyedatiwa has called for unity and renewed commitment from All Progressives Congress (APC) members as the gubernatorial election approaches.

At the third APC Stakeholders meeting in Akure on Thursday, Aiyedatiwa emphasised that the party’s strength lies in collective efforts and urged members to intensify grassroots mobilisation.

He inaugurated the APC State Campaign Council, appointing Hon. Abiola Makinde as Director General.

Aiyedatiwa announced that the official campaign flag-off will take place on October 12, at Ondo City Hall.

The governor stressed the need for collective strength to secure election victory.

In his response after the announcement of his appointment, Makinde pledged to lead a successful campaign, ensuring APC’s victory.

State APC Chairman, Ade Adetimehin urged members to prioritise party success above personal interests.
